Evaluation of the Registration Policy

The success of the Regulation of the Community Housing Sector will be measured both qualitatively and quantitatively over the four year SCHIP funded period.  Quantitative measures will be as follows:

Qualitative assessment will be obtained via an annual feedback form, forwarded by the Regulation and Compliance Unit to all Community Housing Providers (whether registered or not), along with the annual Commonwealth data collection and self-assessment questionnaire.  The Regulation and Compliance Unit will compile a report based on the feedback received and forward to the Director, Community Housing Branch.  This report may be published on the Regulation and Compliance webpage at the Director’s discretion.
