Responsible for providing the financial, programming and information systems support to the Community Housing Directorate:
- Programs approved projects into the annual program to meet organisational targets and budgets; undertakes budget reviews
- PROMIS Administrator and helpdesk for Community Housing systems
- Program reporting, including to balanced scorecard
- Maintenance of asset data including reconciliations

Project Development
Responsible for the assessment and development of project proposals:
- Provides advice on the completion of application forms and the submission of relevant documentation.
- Coordinates approval process and sends approval letters
- Arranges the execution of the Project Agreement

Project Delivery
Responsible for delivering approved construction and spot purchase projects:
- Develops the detailed client brief in conjunction with Providers
- Identifies properties, arranges valuations and building assessments and negotiates acquisitions
- Engages the department’s Housing Construction branch to manage Architects and Builders for construction projects
- Provides advice on progress of approved projects
- Seeks financial contributions and executes legal agreements

Asset Management
Responsible for maintaining Community Housing Directorate’s housing assets:
- Undertakes property inspections and arranges maintenance
- Allocates properties and provides advice on lease responsibilities
- Identifies redevelopment opportunities within current housing stock
- Manages major upgrade and repair projects.
- Implements the Public Housing Leasing Program (PHLP)
- Collates data from Asbestos Containing Materials and Building Condition Assessments for Community Housing properties
