The Community Housing online funding proposal enables you to lodge your funding application in electronic form. To lodge the application you will be asked to submit details of your organisation together with a unique user identification and password. This information will be transferred automatically to any future applications you may wish to submit.
You may progressively complete the application by saving the application and retrieving at a later time. When you have completed the application please submit this for action by the Community Housing Branch. Once you have submitted the application it cannot be retrieved.
Each time you enter the Community Housing Online Application screen you will be asked for the user identification and password, if you forget the password then you can refer to your reminder question to help you.
If you prefer to lodge your application manually you can download the application form, complete the details and print off your application for posting. The program guideline documents are also available for downloading.
All applications should be completed fully prior to submission, if the application is not complete then it may not be considered for funding.
The electronic application form allows for the uploading of documents in support of the application.
